Matt was a patient, enthusiastic guide and took time and care to coach at the right level for each individual. He challenged our sporty teenager and used options to make the experience enjoyably achievable for our less adventurous 10 year-old. She told Matt at one point that he made her feel safe, and that really showed. She grew in confidence from not being sure about taking part to throwing herself off ledges into the canyons. Fantastic! Matt also hauled me up the side of the canyon wall when my arms wouldn't do the job, just so I could do another leap into the plunge pool. I am not light... What a legend!
